Pune University is offered MBA in Biotechnology as a new course to the applicants. This is the 2 year full time MBA (biotechnology) degree course which provides education to only 60 new students each year. There are not many seats available across India in this course, so gear up and get going.

The Candidate should have a bachelor's or master's degree in science from any recognized university in following subjects:

Chemistry

Marine Biology
Microbiology
Zoology
Agriculture
Ayurved
Medicine
Engineering
Pharmacy
Technology
Veterinary Sciences
Selection Criteria:
Candidates need to get admission into this University has to appear in ATMA written test.

Pune University MBA Biotechnology Important dates
Date of ATMA test: second week of February, 2010.
Last date of submission of completed form: Mid of January, 2010.
Date of GD/PI: Last week of April, 2010.
Date of Commencement of Course: Mid of July, 2010.


Pune University MBA Biotechnology  Reservations:
(i) 50% seats are reserved for SC, ST, DTNT and OBC category students as per Government of Maharashtra rules.

(ii) 3% seats are reserved for Physically Handicapped students as per government of India rules.
(iii) 1 seat is reserved for J&K student as per rules.

Pune University MBA Biotechnology  Selection Process:
Admission will be done on basis merit of ATMA score and GD/PI conducted by PUMBA.
