Osmania was the first university in India to start a Bachelor of Journalism (BJ) course in 1962.The Master of Journalism (MJ) course was started in 1974 at this University. University declares the result at its official website of there various courses. University offers various distance learning courses for those people who are living far from the university and not able to attend regular classes.

Eligibility
Candidate from any area who have 3 year bachelor degree are eligible for this courses. For post graduation courses candidate should have bachelor degree or for graduation courses candidate should pass 10+2.

Admission process
Application form can be obtained from 15th July, 2006. Candidates not have any need to give any entrance test. University gives direct admission to the candidate.
