IISWBM stands for Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management. It is situated in Calcutta and it provides the admission to various management courses. IISWBM provides admission to MBA, MHRM, PSM and PGDBA. The institute is established in 1953 and since then it has been one of the best institutes in eastern India.

- Must have Bachelor degree from any recognized university.
- Appeared students are also eligible.
IISWBM 2009 Selection process:
The selection is based on CAT examination. On the basis of this test the shortlist the candidates. Then the candidates are called for interviews and GD.

1. The date of CAT and timings are from 10:00am to 1:00pm: 16-11-08
2. Availability of CAT forms from axis banks: 14-07-08 to 08-08-08
3. Last date of issue and receipt of completed application forms: 05-12-08
