SSC Observer Officer in Aviation Cadre Indian Defense 2009

SSC stands for short service commissioned officer. This selection procedure is for the all unmarried candidate by Indian Navy as observer officer in the aviation cadre of executive branch.

 

Eligibility

 

  1. Must be between 19 to 23 years of age and born between 02 July 1986 and 01 July 1990.
  2. Must be unmarried till commencement of the examination.
  3. Must be pass 10+2 exam  in Physics and Mathematics as the compulsory subject
  4. Only graduate candidate with 55% marks are eligible.

 

Physically requirement:

 

  1. Height for both the male and the female candidate is 162.5cms and corresponding height to weight ratio, leg length, sitting height, thigh length.
  2. The eye sight should also be 6/6, 6/9 correctable to 6/6.

 

How to Apply:

 

Completed application form in correct format must be mailed to Post Bag No. 03, Chanakyapuri Post Office, New Delhi – 110 021 via normal post only latest by 10-10-08. Candidate must attach the 10th certificate to the application.

 

Selection process:

 

On the recent exams marks the short list is made and then called for the interview. Interview will be taken in 2 stages in 5 days during Feb to April 2009. The 1st stage is of intelligence Test, Picture Perception test and GD. The 2nd stage is of Psychological Tests, Group Task and PI. After that candidate should clear a medical test. After all this, the final selection is made.
